Common Error Messages

Import Agent reports error messages to the Microsoft Windows Event Viewer. The following is a list of the most commonly reported errors:

• Permission denied.
• Username or Password is Incorrect (9010)
• Could not update template data.
• Out of present range.
• The value of the (profile) count token is invalid.
• One or more field values have been shortened to comply with the width of the corresponding field.
• Access to the path [path] is denied.
• Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040BC3.
• There was an error executing the profile [profile name] while importing the file ["filename"]. (Object reference not set to an instance of an object.)
• This profile is outdated and needs to be converted to a newer version
• Invalid Credentials
