Troubleshooting List Files

If a LST, XML, or LSTX file is not imported correctly, consider the following issues:

• Import Agent has not been properly configured. Learn more.
• A referenced file cannot be found. Verify that all related files are present.
• The list file contains invalid syntax. Open the list file in an editor and search for errors. Use full or relative paths whenever referencing a file on the current machine. Use a UNC to specify a folder on a network drive (e.g., \\ComputerName\ShareName\Path).
