Adding Existing Users to the Repository Named Users List in Laserfiche Rio

If you have already set up the Laserfiche users for your repository, you will need to mark those users as Repository Named Users in order to allow them to log in using a Named User license. You can do this in the desktop Laserfiche Administration Console or in the web client management page. Note that Repository Named Users must be individual user accounts. Laserfiche groups cannot be added to the Named  User list in this fashion.

Note: Before you can allocated Named User licenses to Repository Named Users, you must reserve a block of Named User licenses for your server in the Laserfiche Directory Server. For information on this, or on configuring other elements of your Rio licensing, see the Rio Deployment Guide and the Directory Server documentation.
