Calculating the Available Licensed Connections
To calculate the available connections
- Start the Laserfiche Administration Console.
- In the console tree, click the desired Laserfiche Server.
- Next to Total Full Featured Licenses, note the number of full-featured connections that have been licensed to the Laserfiche Server.
- Next to : Full Featured Licenses In Use, note the number of full-featured connections that are currently in use.
- Subtract line 3 from line 4. The result is the number of available full-featured connections.
- Next to Total Retrieval Licenses, note the number of retrieval connections that have been licensed to the Laserfiche Server.
- Next to Retrieval Licenses In Use, note the number of retrieval connections that are currently in use.
- Subtract line 6 from line 7. The result is the number of available retrieval connections.

- Start the Laserfiche Administration Web Console.
- Select the desired Laserfiche Server.
- Next to Total Full Featured Licenses, note the number of full-featured connections that have been licensed to the Laserfiche Server.
- Next to Full Featured Licenses In Use, Note the number of full-featured connections that are currently in use.
- Subtract line 3 from line 4. The result is the number of available full-featured connections.
- Next to Total Retrieval Licenses, note the number of retrieval connections that have been licensed to the Laserfiche Server.
- Next to Retrieval Licenses In Use, note the number of retrieval connections that are currently in use.
- Subtract line 6 from line 7. The result is the number of available retrieval connections.
