Unregistering a Repository

Unregistering a repository will remove it from the Laserfiche Server. Typically, repositories do not need to be unregistered from a Laserfiche Server, unless you want to transfer a repository to another Laserfiche Server or prevent users from accessing the repository.

To unregister a network repository

  1. Start the Laserfiche Administration Console and log in as a System Manager.
  2. In the console tree, expand the desired Laserfiche Server item.
  3. Expand the Repositories node.
  4. Select the desired repository.
  5. From the Action menu, select All Tasks, and choose Unregister Repository. When prompted, confirm that the Laserfiche Server will no longer broadcast the selected repository.
  6. Click OK to unregister the repository.

To unregister a network repository

  1. Start the Laserfiche Web Administration Console and log in as a System Manager.
  2. Select the desired Laserfiche Server item.
  3. Select the desired repository.
  4. Click on the down arrow next to the repository name.  Select Unregister Repository

  5. Select Remove associated Laserfiche named users if desired.
  6. Click OK to unregister the repository.
