Removing a Laserfiche Named User in Laserfiche Rio

You can remove a Repository Named User from the Named Users list at any time. This will revoke the user's license and free it to be allocated to a different Named User or Named Device. When a user has been removed from the list, that user will no longer be able to log in.

There are two ways to remove a Repository Named User: from the user's properties, or from the master Repository Named Users list.

For information on configuring other elements of your Laserfiche Rio licensing, see the Rio Deployment Guide and the Directory Server documentation.

Note: These instructions are for Laserfiche Rio installations. For instructions for Laserfiche Avante, see Administering Named Users with Laserfiche Avante
