Templates
Each document or folder can be assigned a template. This template contains a set of fields where users can enter information associated with the document. Templates are very useful for organizing your data and for finding documents and/or folders.
A template can be created at any time. You can either associate existing fields with the template or create new fields from within the template dialog box. After creating a template, you can modify or delete it as necessary.
Note: A template called "General" is created with each new repository. As with any other template, this template can be modified or deleted.
Using templates to categorize documents or folders allows you to quickly eliminate many results when performing a template search. In addition, you can assign colors to templates, which will then be applied to the icons of entries which have that template. This allows you to quickly determine what type an entry is from the folder browser.
