Viewing a Repository's Current Sessions

The Laserfiche Administration Console and web client management page give administrators the ability to view users that are currently connected to a particular repository. For more information on current sessions, see Viewing Currently Connected Users.

To view a list of users connected to a repository

  1. Start the Laserfiche Administration Console.  
  2. In the console tree, expand the desired Laserfiche Server node.
  3. Select the desired Laserfiche repository.
  4. If security has been enabled on the selected repository, log in as any user who has been granted the Manage Connection privilege for the specified repository.
  5. Select the Sessions node.
  6. The right pane will list each user that is currently connected to the Laserfiche repository. It will also list additional information on that connection.

To view a list of users connected to a repository 

  1. Open the web client management page. Sign in as any user who has been granted the Manage Connection privilege for the specified repository.
  2. On the Activity page, select the Sessions tab.
