The New Cycle Definition
dialog box allows a user with the Records
Management privilege to create a new cycle definition.
Code: The three-digit code associated with the cycle.
Description: The description of the cycle definition.
Set cycles by: The period used in the cycle definition; the period can be either daily or monthly.
Name: The day or month used by the cycle period.
Description: A description of the cycle period.
Insert: Inserts a cycle period into the cycle definition.
Delete: Deletes a cycle period from the cycle definition.
