Tokens

A token is a placeholder for a value. For example, inserting the date token into a document's Date field will insert today's date. All tokens are in the format %(Token), where Token represents the type of token being used. For instance, the date token is represented as %(Date). Tokens can be placed in fields by manually typing in the specific token syntax or by using the token button to the right of the field to choose a token from the token list.
