Attaching a Repository in Microsoft Office

If your repository is not already displayed in the Save to Laserfiche dialog, you may need to add it.

May 2023 Update or later

  1. Launch the Save to Laserfiche dialog.
  2. Click the Attach Repository button in the upper right of the "Save to Laserfiche" window.
  3. Laserfiche Cloud repository: Have your Laserfiche Cloud account ID and user credentials ready and click the Sign in here link.
  4. Self-hosted Laserfiche repository: Select one of the following options:
  5. In the Repository name option, type or select the Name of your Laserfiche repository.
  6. Click OK to attach your repository.

For Versions prior to the May 2023 Update

  1. Launch the Save to Laserfiche dialog.
  2. Click the Attach Repository button in the upper right of the "Save to Laserfiche" window.
  3. Laserfiche Cloud repository: Have your Laserfiche Cloud account ID and user credentials ready and click the Sign in here link.
  4. Self-hosted Laserfiche repository:
    1. Type or select the name of your Laserfiche Server computer.
    2. In the Repository name option, type or select the Name of your Laserfiche repository.
    3. Optional: If your Laserfiche Server has been set up for secure connections using SSL, select Use SSL Connection. If you aren't sure whether to select this option, contact your Laserfiche administrator.
    4. Click OK to attach your repository.
