Attaching a Repository in Microsoft Office
May 2023 Update or later
- Launch the Save to Laserfiche dialog.
- Click the Attach Repository button in the upper right of the "Save to Laserfiche" window.
- Laserfiche Cloud repository: Have your Laserfiche Cloud account ID and user credentials ready and click the Sign in here link.
- Self-hosted Laserfiche repository: Select one of the following options:
- If you have access to the Laserfiche Server host, select Laserfiche Server and type or select the name of your Laserfiche Server computer.
- Optional: If your Laserfiche Server has been set up for secure connections using SSL/TLS, select Use TLS Connection. If you aren't sure whether to select this option, contact your Laserfiche administrator.
- If you know your Laserfiche web client URL, select Laserfiche web client, and copy and paste the URL you use to access the Laserfiche web client.
- In the Repository name option, type or select the Name of your Laserfiche repository.
- Click OK to attach your repository.
For Versions prior to the May 2023 Update
- Launch the Save to Laserfiche dialog.
- Click the Attach Repository button in the upper right of the "Save to Laserfiche" window.
- Laserfiche Cloud repository: Have your Laserfiche Cloud account ID and user credentials ready and click the Sign in here link.
- Self-hosted Laserfiche repository:
- Type or select the name of your Laserfiche Server computer.
- In the Repository name option, type or select the Name of your Laserfiche repository.
- Optional: If your Laserfiche Server has been set up for secure connections using SSL, select Use SSL Connection. If you aren't sure whether to select this option, contact your Laserfiche administrator.
- Click OK to attach your repository.
