Name Conflicts in Microsoft Outlook

If you attempt to save an Outlook file to Laserfiche, and the name you have given the file has the same name as a document already in the destination folder, you will be prompted to decide how to handle the conflict.

Note: You can set a default way to handle name conflicts in the Options dialog of the Laserfiche Windows client. See New Documents: Name Conflicts for more information. This option is also available through the Laserfiche web client.
