Laser App Tokens

You can use tokens in the configuration page for the Laserfiche web client integration with Laser App to dynamically populate Laserfiche fields or construct a dynamic folder location. See the following tables for a list of the supported Laser App tokens.

Note: The LaserApp integration is only used with the Laserfiche web client. It is not supported with the Laserfiche Windows client.

ContactRecord Tokens

ContactRecord tokens represent client information from Laser App's Contact Data Data View.

ControlData tokens represent information about the Save to Laserfiche trusted application in Laser App.

Forms Tokens

Forms tokens represent Laser App data about the form saved to Laserfiche. Details can be found in the Form Detail Information in Laser App. The 0 in each token name represents the index of each form when you save multiple forms to Laserfiche at once. Replace the integer with All to get data for all forms as a comma-separated list of the value for all forms in the bundle.

UserCustomData Tokens

The integration supports retrieving the values from any custom fields that you specified when creating the Laser App configuration file (TrustedApp.~ls) from the Laser App configuration file download page. For example, in the default installation, you will have the %(UserCustomData.FirstName) and %(UserCustomData.LastName) tokens available.

%(UserCustomData.YourCustomFieldName) String Correspondes to the name of a custom field in the .~ls file.

CustomFormData Tokens

If you choose to create a custom stylesheet mapping in Laser App, you can retrieve Laser App form data from those custom form fields. The token name must include the Laser App Form ID of the form as well as the field/node name that you specify when creating the mapping in Laser App.
