Authentication Errors (1 – 99)

You may encounter one of the following errors when you fail to authenticate in various parts of Laserfiche Forms. Please match the error message with one of the following values.

 

Authentication Error Codes
Status Code Error Message
1 The authentication information was not provided in the correct format. Please verify the value of the Authorization header.
2 Authentication failed.
3 Incorrect password
4 Authentication ticket is not properly formatted.
5 The account type cannot be retrieved from claims.
6 The server cannot create a new authentication item.
7 You cannot create more access_id/secret pairs for API access because you have already have {0} {1}.
8 You do not have sufficient rights to view this page.
9 You are not authorized to perform this action.
10 You are not authorized to perform this action. Please contact your system administrator for more information.
11 The username or password is incorrect.
12 Unable to connect to Laserfiche.
13 The user '{0}' was unable to authenticate to SQL Server '{1}'.
14 Your Windows account lacks sufficient rights to SQL Server '{0}'.
15 Forms cannot connect to the Laserfiche Server. Your email has not been updated. Please try again later or contact your Laserfiche administrator.
16 The connection has been disabled.
17 An error occurred during sign-in. Please try again or, if the issue persists, contact your system administrator.
18 Entity Framework returned the following error when trying to communicate with SQL Server: {0}.
19 Account connection expired due to inactivity.
20 Your session expired. A draft of your work was saved.
21 The participant user who tried to sign in does not have a license.
