Authorization Controller Errors (2400 – 2499)

You may encounter one of the following errors with a data source. For more information, try the following on the computer where the error occurred:

• Laserfiche Forms 9.2.1 or earlier: Go to the Windows Logs > Application Event Log in the Windows Event Viewer.
• Laserfiche Forms 10 or later: Go to the Applications and Services Logs > LFForms Event Log in the Windows Event Viewer.

 

Authorization Controller Error Codes

Status Code	Error Message
2400	An error occurred while testing the data source connection. Please view the Windows Event Log for details.
2401	An error occurred while saving a data source. Please view the Windows Event Log for details.
2402	An error occurred while deleting a data source. Please view the Windows Event Log for details.
2403	An error occurred while querying the data source. Please view the Windows Event Log for details.
2404	An error occurred while adding or removing processes. Please view the Windows Event Log for details.
