Forms Configuration Errors (3000 – 3099)

You may encounter one of the following errors when you have missing or incorrect configuration details in Laserfiche Forms Configuration. Please match the error message with one of the following values.

 

Forms Configuration Error Codes
Status Code Error Message
3000 Forms has not been configured to use an email server. Please configure an email server in the Email Settings section of the Forms Configuration page.
3001 The endpoint of the {0} is missing from configuration file.
3002 The Laserfiche Directory Service Database name is invalid
3003 The Forms Server has not been fully configured from the Forms Configuration page.
3004 The requested service '{0}' may not be running.
3005 Unable to connect to the Laserfiche Server; {0}
3006 The Laserfiche Directory server is not available.
3007 Cannot find the specified username in the Laserfiche Directory Server site. Please check that the username is in the Directory Server and is a member of a group allowed to sign in to Forms. Also, verify that your Forms server has a valid license file and is registered properly in Laserfiche Directory Server. Finally, ensure that Forms is authorized to view users from all appropriate organizations.
3008 The Laserfiche Directory user does not have a full license.
3009 Error from the Laserfiche Directory Server: {0}
3010 The Laserfiche Directory Server organization name is invalid.
3011 A user with this name already exists. Failed to migrate user: {0}, SID: {1}
3012 The Forms license file does not match the Laserfiche Directory Server specified. Please verify that your Forms server has a valid license file and is registered properly in Laserfiche Directory Server.
3013 The specified account exists in Laserfiche Directory Server, but the account is not currently enabled. Please select another account or enable the account.
3014 Unable to save the configuration to file. Please check to make sure the IIS App Pool has the rights to modify '{0}'.
3015 The user is not part of LFDS admin group.
3016 The timer catch event named '{0}' is improperly configured to wait for an invalid length of time. This error may occur if the timer waits for a variable that does not contain a valid date.
3017 The business process template '{0}' was deleted. It is no longer available.
3018 IIS has timed out. Please refresh the page and test connection again.
3019 Unable to find wsFederation section in web.config.
3020 No organizations found. Please make sure that the Laserfiche Forms service user can view the Laserfiche Directory Server organization that the current license is registered under.
3021 The selected Laserfiche Directory Server group no longer exists. Please select an existing group and rerun the migration.
