Database Errors (3600 – 3699)
You may encounter one of the following errors while creating a database. The errors may also appear if your database is out of date, missing, or contains invalid account information. Please match the error message with one of the following values.

The specified SQL Server instance does not exist or access is denied. |

Sign-in failed because the requested database cannot be opened. |

Sign-in failed due to invalid account information. |

Invalid TNS name was provided. |
| 3609 |
Cannot connect to database because entity connection string is empty or null. |
