License Errors (5000 – 5099)
You may encounter one of the following errors when your license is invalid, expired, or missing. Please match the error message with one of the following values.

| 5000 | The Forms license fingerprint does not match this computer. This error may occur when ASP.NET Impersonation is enabled on the Forms site in IIS. |
| 5001 | Your Laserfiche Forms license has expired. |
| 5002 | The Laserfiche Forms license file could not be found. |
| 5003 | The license file cannot be found in the following location: {0} |
| 5004 | The maximum number of process submissions allowed by your demo license has been reached. To reset this count, please restart the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service. |
| 5005 | The Laserfiche Server is an unsupported edition or the license is expired. |
| 5006 | The Laserfiche Server {0} is not licensed for use with this Forms server. |
| 5007 | You must upgrade your Laserfiche Server to a newer version for Laserfiche Forms to connect to it. |
| 5008 | The version number's format '{0}' in the license file is invalid. Version numbers should have the format: x.y |
| 5009 | The license file is for a previous version of Laserfiche Forms ({0}) and cannot be used with this version ({1}). |
| 5010 | {0} is not a read/write named user. |
| 5011 | You are not licensed to use Laserfiche Forms. Please contact your system administrator for more information. |
| 5012 | The license file does not contain a valid Laserfiche Directory Server service account. |
| 5013 | The user does not belong to a group that is authorized to sign in to Laserfiche Forms. |
| 5014 | No signing key found in the license file. |
| 5015 | The initial System Administrator user does not belong to a group that has access to Forms. |
| 5016 | The Forms license domain does not match the current domain. |
| 5017 | The forms license is invalid due to: {0} |
| 5018 | This feature is not supported. |
| 5019 | There are no concurrent licenses available at this time. |
| 5020 | {0} is not a read/write user. |
| 5021 | The license you are using is not a valid Laserfiche Directory Server license. |
| 5022 | The user does not belong to an organization that the current Forms license has access to. |
