Printing
These attributes relate to printing without using Snapshot. Click here for Snapshot attributes.
[Settings]PrintAutoOrient
Determines whether the page orientation for printing will be automatically determined. Windows client only.
Valid values:
- TRUE/FALSE
Default value: TRUE
[Settings]PrintListingOptionsStyle
Determines whether a listing of folder contents or search results will be printed in table style or list style.
Valid values:
- Integers. 0 = Table style, 1 = List style.
Default value: 0
[Settings]PrintMarginLeft
Specifies (in device units) the left margin for printing, overriding the printer's default settings. Windows client only.
Valid values:
- Integers
Default value: -1 (printer's default settings)
[Settings]PrintMarginTop
Specifies (in device units) the top margin for printing, overriding the printer's default settings. Windows client only.
Valid values:
- Integers
Default value: -1 (printer's default settings)
[Settings]PrintOtherAnns
This is the same setting as Other annotations in Tools → Options → Print → General. Windows client only.
Valid values:
- TRUE/FALSE
Default value: TRUE
[Settings]PrintRedactions
This is the same setting as Redactions in Tools → Options → Print → General. Windows client only.
Valid values:
- TRUE/FALSE
Default value: TRUE
[Settings]PrintSearchHits
This is the same setting as Search hits in Tools → Options → Print → General. Windows client only.
Valid values:
- TRUE/FALSE
Default value: FALSE
[Settings]PrintSecureRedactions
This is the same setting as Secure Redactions in Tools → Options → Print → General. Windows client only.
Valid values:
- TRUE/FALSE
Default value: TRUE
[Settings]PrintStickyNotes
This is the same setting as Sticky Notes in Tools → Options → Print → General. Windows client only.
Valid values:
- TRUE/FALSE
Default value: TRUE
[Settings]PrintSize
Determines whether the printed page is actual size or scaled to fit the print medium. Windows client only.
Valid values:
- Integers. 1 = Actual size, 2 = Scale to fit.
Default value: 1
[Settings]PrintType
Determines which parts of the document to print. Windows client only.
Valid values:
- Integers representing an enumerated type with a flags attribute. 0 = Use the default parts for the document type, 1 = Electronic file, 2 = Images, 4 = Text, 8 = Zoomed area, 10 = Search results.
Default value: 0
[WebAccess]MultiExportApplyAllState
When multiple documents in the web client folder browser are selected, and the user attempts to print them by going to More Actions → Print, this controls whether the checkbox for Apply to all documents is selected by default in the ensuing dialog box. Does not apply to the Windows client.
