1328: General WMI Error

Specific operations through LFSO communicate with the Laserfiche Server through Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI). This error occurs when LFSO cannot access WMI.

You may be using the Laserfiche Administration Console to access the Connections and System Managers items. You can also encounter this error when you attempt to modify the Laserfiche Server communications ports or default repository.

Try the following:

• DCOM may be disabled on the computer hosting Laserfiche Server and you are performing the above actions from a remote computer. Perform the above administrative operations from the computer hosting Laserfiche Server.
