6341: Printing the Electronic Document pages failed.

An updated version of the images and text for an electronic document could not be created.

Check each of the following:

• Laserfiche Snapshot has not been properly installed. Laserfiche cannot create the images needed to OCR the electronic document without Laserfiche Snapshot. Reinstall Laserfiche Snapshot and try again.
• The specified type of electronic document cannot be printed. Certain types of electronic documents (i.e. .MDB, .HLP, etc... cannot be printed as an entity. These types of files require a user to select a component (such as a table or a help topic) before the print option becomes available. To check whether an electronic document can be printed, try printing it directly from a file management application (i.e. Windows Explorer). If the print option is available, then the document type can be OCRed from within Laserfiche.
• The electronic document does not contain pages.
