6507: Maximum users exceeded.
The maximum number of licensed users that can log onto the Laserfiche Server has been reached.
Try the following:
- Please wait until a session becomes open and then try again.
- If this error occurs when trying to access a repository through Laserfiche WebLink, then it may mean that the Laserfiche Server does not have Retrieval licenses. In such a case, you may allow Laserfiche WebLink to use Full Client licenses by loading the Laserfiche Web Products Administrator's Utility, selecting the General tab, and marking the Pool retrieval and full licenses option. The Laserfiche WebLink Server service must be restarted after applying this change.
- If the issue persists, contact your Laserfiche administrator. Your Laserfiche administrator can make arrangements to increase the licensing on the Laserfiche Server.
