This may be due to lack of system memory.
Try the following:
- Add more memory to your machine or close other applications that may be running.
- If this issue occurs during OCR or scanning, then you should also make sure that the system drive on the computer hosting the Laserfiche Server has sufficient space.
- If the issue persists, contact your certified reseller for assistance.
