Summary
When using a Laserfiche product, you may receive the following error message:
Invalid Operation. [9000]
Resolutions
- If you are using Workflow, ensure the workflow is not attempting to move a record series to a standard folder.
- If you are adding a record folder, ensure it's being added as a child of the record series.
- If you are attempting to restore an image, ensure the document the image is being restored to exists and is not been deleted.
- If you are trying to save or restore a document into a records folder, instead do so in a regular folder.
