Summary

When confirming final disposition on a record folder, you may receive the following error message:

Entry not found. [9001]

Resolutions

  • Ensure your Laserfiche client and server are updated to the latest version.
  • Ensure your web browser is updated to the latest version and if it is, try an alternative web browser.
  • Ensure you have the correct security tags to view the folder you're trying to access.
  • If the error occurs when using a complex Workflow, attempt to simplify the Workflow.
