9011: Account locked

There are two possible causes:

  • Your Laserfiche user account has been disabled by a Laserfiche administrator.
  • You have specified an incorrect password too many times in a row. As a security precaution, Laserfiche has automatically disabled your user account.

Try the following:

  • Please try to log into the Laserfiche repository at a later time.
  • Contact your Laserfiche administrator. The Laserfiche administrator can unlock your Laserfiche user account.
