Summary

When attempting to sign in to a Laserfiche product, the following error is displayed:

LDAP server profile not found. [9356]

Causes

  • The username or password entered is incorrect.
  • Attempting to use a Laserfiche Directory Service account to sign in to Laserfiche Connector. Laserfiche Connector does not support signing in with Laserfiche Directory Service accounts.
