9530: Received an invalid or untrusted SAML token.

Summary

When trying to access a Laserfiche repository, you may receive the following error message:

Received an invalid or untrusted SAML token. [9530]

Resolutions

The repository web client was able to authenticate the user, but the Laserfiche Server doesn't recognize the security token. This may be due to a license mismatch.

Try the following:

  1. Restart the Laserfiche Server service to reload the existing license.
  2. If the issue persists, re-license the Laserfiche Server by downloading a new license from Directory Server.
