Software Requirements for Laserfiche Cloud
Repository
The Laserfiche Cloud repository can be viewed using current versions of the following web browsers:
- Microsoft Edge (Chromium)
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari for iOS.
Installable Laserfiche software products, including libraries, servers, and desktop applications can be installed on supported versions of Microsoft Windows:
- Windows 10
- Windows 11
- Windows Server 2016
- Windows Server 2019
- Windows Server 2022
- Windows Server 2025
Home editions of Windows 10 and Windows 11 are not supported.
Server Core installations of Windows Server operating systems are not supported.
Laserfiche will support operating systems through their end of support date as stated by their manufacturer. In cases where this article, the documentation included with the software, and the manufacturer's documentation differ, the manufacturer's end of support date will be used unless otherwise indicated in this article.
To comply with our security policy for a secure connection, your operating system and your browser must have the following:
- Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2
The Microsoft Office Integration supports the following versions of Microsoft Office for Windows:
- Microsoft Office 2016
- Microsoft Office 2019
- Microsoft Office 2021
- Microsoft 365 Apps for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
The Office Integration is not support in Office for Mac.

Process Automation
Laserfiche Process Automation can be viewed using current versions of the following web browsers:
- Microsoft Edge (Chromium)
- Firefox
- Chrome for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Process Automation administration and configuration pages may render slowly or not function properly when viewed on mobile devices.
Laserfiche Cloud Server Endpoints
Laserfiche Cloud requires connectivity to the Internet. HTTPS traffic over TCP port 443 must be allowed for the following endpoints for Laserfiche Cloud to function fully.
