Multi-Factor Authentication for SAML and Active Directory Users
To enable multi-factor authentication for SAML or Active Directory users, Administrators must configure MFA through their identity providers. Administrators cannot turn on multi-factor authentication for SAML or Active Directory users within Laserfiche Directory Server.
To enable MFA for SAML or Active Directory users, navigate to your identity provider's site:
- Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS)
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Okta
- OneLogin
- PingFederate
- Salesforce
- Shibboleth
Note: Laserfiche Directory Server can be used to configure MFA for Laserfiche users. To learn more about enabling MFA for Laserfiche users, navigate to Enable Multi-Factor Authentication.
