Retrieve Business Process Variables

This activity retrieves the field values and other information related to a Laserfiche Forms business process instance. These values can then be used as tokens in other Workflow activities. See the tokens this activity produces.

How does this activity look in the Designer Pane?

To add this activity to a workflow definition 

• Drag it from the Toolbox Pane and drop it in the Designer Pane.

To configure this activity

• Select the activity in the Designer Pane to configure the following property boxes.
• Activity Name
• Activity Description
• Server
• Fields
• Advanced Properties

  Click the Advanced button at the top of the Properties Pane to view and configure these properties.

• Process Instance
• Additional Variables

  Select the Retrieve Payment Variables option (in Laserfiche Workflow 10.2.1 or later) to retrieve payment-related tokens after the activity runs in a workflow. The payment-related tokens include has payment, payment amount, currency type, payment gateway type, merchant id, transaction id, payment transaction status, and payment transaction status code.
