Confirm Transfer
The Confirm Transfer dialog box allows administrators to set the new location of a record folder when it has been moved to an interim archival location. Whether or not records will undergo an interim transfer is defined in the retention schedule configured in the Administration Console. This dialog box contains the following properties:
- Location: Choose one of the possible locations specified for the retention schedule.
- Transfer Information:
- Instructions: The retention instructions set for the selected transfer.
- Duration (months): How long the record folder should remain at the selected location.
