Stamp Name Search

This search option is only available in the Laserfiche web client. The Stamp Name search enables users to search for documents, in the Search Pane, that have a stamp applied to them by the specific stamp's name.

To search by stamp name

  1. In the Search Pane, click Select a search type and select Stamp Name from the menu. If it is not in the menu, click More... to open the Search Attributes dialog box to add it. You can also click More... next to Select a search type.

    Note: By default, the Stamp Name search is in the Select a search type menu.

  2. Select if the stamp name you are searching for is exactly, contains, begins with, or ends with a certain word or phrase.
  3. Type the stamp name or part of the stamp name in the text box.
  4. Click Search.
