Deleting Default User Settings
To delete default user settings
- In Windows Vista and higher, delete the following directories:
- C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Laserfiche\WF
- To delete only certain user settings, choose from the .xml files listed in the directories above. Each file's name corresponds to the user settings it relates to.
Tip: The AppData folder is also hidden by default. To display this folder, click Organize in the file browser and select Folder Options. Select the View tab, and select Show hidden files, folders, and drives. Click OK. (In Windows 8, select View and the Hidden Items checkbox.)
Note: The "All Users" directory (or "C:\ProgramData" directory for Windows 7), in place of the user name directory, is only used when there are no settings files in the user's directory. It can be used to set up a default for the local system for all users. Once a user has run the Workflow Designer and exited normally, they will have their own directory and settings files. The "All Users" files probably should not be deleted except by the person who created them.
Tip: In Windows Vista and higher, autosave files are stored in C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Laserfiche\WF\Autosave.
