Rule Manager

The Rule Manager node of the Options dialog box lets you to configure settings associated with the Rule Manager.

To configure this node

  1. Select Options under Tools in the main menu.

  2. Select the Rule Manager node under Designer.
  3. Select the checkboxes next to the folders you want to show in the Rule Manager. Clear the checkboxes next to the folders you want to hide in the Rule Manager. These folders will automatically update to contain the workflows with the same status as the folder name.
  4. Example: The My Recent Workflows folder will contain workflows the current user published in the last three days.
