Storing Documents Using Quick Fields Scanning

Once documents have been scanned and modified in Quick Fields Scanning, the next step is to store them to Laserfiche. When a document is selected in the Document List Pane or in Pages View, its repository storage location will be displayed in the ClosedMetadata Pane on the right under Storage Location.

Storage Location in Metadata Pane

Displayed at the top under Storage Location is the document's Closedrepository folder path. If you have multiple documents selected that are stored in different locations, this folder path will display the text (Multiple locations)instead of the document path.

A reflection of the Closedrepository folder structure will also be displayed allowing you to change the storage location of one or more documents by creating subfolders, renaming entries, and moving documents and folders by dragging and dropping them in new locations.
