The name assigned to public or personal stamps can be changed at any time, allowing you to assign more meaningful or recognizable names. (Quickstamps cannot be renamed, as they are inherently temporary.)
To change the name of a stamp
- Make sure the Image Pane is visible.
- From the toolbar, click Add Stamp
or select Stamp from the Annotations menu to display the 
Stamp Manager dialog box.

Select the stamp you want to rename from the Select a stamp table.
- Click Rename.
- Type the desired name and press ENTER.
