Plan Information
The Plan page in Laserfiche Cloud Account Administration lists the plan-specific features for your Laserfiche Cloud account. For features with limits (for example, API calls or number of licensed users), this page also lists how many have been used of the maximum.

Overview
The following features and limits may be listed for your Laserfiche implementation. If an item is not present on the plan page, your plan does not include that feature or component.
Users
Lists the total number of users supported. This number is further broken down by user type (full, participant, and community). See Managing Users for more information, including determining how many user licenses are currently available.
Service Principals
Lists the number of service principles supported. See Service Principals Overview for more information.
Storage
Lists the total amount of storage available in GB. See Storage Usage, below, for more information.
Public Portal
Lists how many public portal views are supported per month. See Public Portal for more information.
Forms Portal
Lists the number of public form submissions supported per month. See Making a Form Public for more information.
Laserfiche API
Lists the number of supported Laserfiche API calls. See Building Custom Integrations with the Laserfiche API for more information.
Transcription
Lists the number of transcription hours for audio and video are supported per year. See Working with Audio and Video Files for more information.
Process Automation
Specifies whether the plan supports process automation features. See Process Automation for more information.
DocuSign Integration
Specifies whether the plan supports the DocuSign integration. See DocuSign for more information.
Records Management
Specifies whether the plan supports records management features. See Records Management for more information.
Audit Trail
Specifies which Audit Trail tier the plan supports: Starter or Advanced. See Auditing for more information.
Direct Share
Lists the maximum supported file size and share expiration date for documents shared via Direct Share. See Sharing Documents through Direct Share for more information.
Lookup Tables
Specifies lookup table limits by number of tables and number of rows per table. See Lookup Tables for more information.
Just-in-Time Provisioning
Specifies whether the plan supports Just-in-Time provisioning. See Just-in-Time (JIT) Provisioning for more information.
SCIM
Specifies whether the plan supports SCIM (System for Cross-Domain Identity Management). See Configuring SCIM in Laserfiche Cloud for more information.
Smart Requests
Specifies the number of Smart Requests supported. See Smart Requests, below, for more information.
Max Repositories
Specifies the maximum repositories supported. Professional and Business Tier Licenses are eligible for multiple repositories either as an add-on or included with a Cloud subscription. Please speak to your Solution Provider to request additional repositories, if available under your plan.
Smart Fields
Specifies the number of Smart Fields extractions supported. See Smart Fields Extractions, below, for more information.
Usage
Total Usage
Specifies how much storage you have used this month, out of your total storage available.
Per-Repository Storage
Lists the amount of your used storage per repository for the month.
Forms Portal Submissions
Lists the number of submissions of your maximum forms portal submissions have been used this month.
Public Portal Views
Lists the number of views of your maximum public portal views have been used this month.
Laserfiche API Calls
Lists the number of calls of your maximum Laserfiche API calls used this month.
Transcription Minutes
Lists the number of transcription minutes of your maximum Laserfiche audio-visual transcription minutes you have used this month.
Smart Requests
Lists the number of requests you have used this year out of total smart requets. Smart requests cover both Smart Chat (Documents) and document summarization. A request is either generating a document summary for a document or asking a question about a set of documents. There is no limit to number of requests when using Smart Chat (Educational Resources).
Smart Fields Extractions
Lists the number of extractions you have used this yearout of total smart fields extractions. A single extraction is any number of fields on a template for a single entry. Smart Fields only uses the first ten image page for imaged documents or the first fifty pages of text for documents without image pages for extraction purposes.

Image pages: If there are more than 10,000 words in the first ten pages, each additional 10,000 words over the first 10,000 counts as an additional extraction.

Electronic documents: If there are more than 50,000 words in the first 50 pages of text, each 50,000 words after that first 50,000 counts as an additional extraction.
