Laserfiche Cloud June 2026 Updates

The Laserfiche Cloud June 2026 release includes Operational Dashboard enhancements, an updated Outlook add-in, and expanded integration capabilities.

Operational Dashboard Enhancements

New updates to the Operational Dashboard make it easier to monitor work and take action across your business processes. Instead of updating tasks one at a time, you can now select and reassign multiple tasks in a single action directly from the Operational Dashboard, reducing repetitive steps and keeping work moving forward with less manual effort.

The dashboard now also serves as your primary command center for process instances. Apply key actions to individual instances or multiple selected instances at once, making it simpler to address issues, resolve exceptions, and keep processes on track without switching between views.

Filtering improvements help you focus on the information that matters most. A streamlined filter dropdown makes it faster to apply available filters, while a new top filter menu lets you view, update, or remove individual filters without losing dashboard context. You can also filter by assignee, making it easier to understand workload distribution and refine dashboard views.

Outlook Add-In Updates

The Laserfiche Outlook Add-In for Microsoft 365 includes new capabilities that make it easier to save and organize emails from Outlook directly into your Laserfiche repository. With save-on-send, you can automatically file emails and attachments when sending them. You can also add metadata tags and generate pages or text on import directly from Outlook.

Workflow Email Display Names

Workflow email activities now support custom sender display names. You can select from the same list of custom email display names available across Process Automation, giving you more control over how automated Workflow emails appear to recipients.

Repository API V2 Updates

The Laserfiche API includes new Repository API V2 capabilities, including support for generating and updating pages, locking and unlocking entries, and checking documents in and out.

Salesforce External Client Apps Support

Laserfiche Application Connection now supports Salesforce External Client Apps for new Salesforce integrations. This update aligns connection setup with Salesforce's latest authentication approach. Existing Salesforce connections using Connected Apps remain supported.
