Include on image/text
- Redactions: If image or text redactions will be included on the printed page. This option is only relevant when the current user has been authorized to view the redacted content. If the user does not have the See Through Redactions entry access right, redactions will always be included on printed documents.
- Secure redactions: Whether the information behind redacted portions of an image and/or text will be redacted on the printed page. Selecting the Secure redactions checkbox ensures that the redactions will be entirely opaque when downloaded. Clearing this option when the Redactions option has been selected displays the redactions as a gray overlay.

- Sticky notes: If a representation of a sticky note will be printed wherever a sticky note has been placed on an image.

- Search hits: If any of the highlighted search hits within the document will be included on the printed page.
Note: When you choose to either include annotations or redactions, keep in mind that what will be printed depends on security settings. For example, documents printed for users without the See through redactions entry access right will retain the redaction on the printed page.
Images
- Image Arrangement
- Size: Of the following options, select the size of the image:.
- Actual size: Images printed original size.
- Scale to fit: Images scaled to fit on the printed page, which may cause the printed image to be enlarged or shrunk. However, the image will always maintain the original aspect ratio. This means that both dimensions (width and height) will be enlarged or shrunk equally until the entire image fits on the printed page. The printer defines the paper size the image will be scaled to.

Watermark
You can configure an optional watermark that can be added to printed documents. For instance, you might want to indicate that documents are company owned or that they should not be redistributed. You could use a watermark that said "CompanyName" or "Do Not Copy."
Note: If you have a group watermark assigned to you, or if a document already has a watermark due to a tag applied to it, you will not be able to apply an optional watermark to that document.
- Watermark Text
- Choose previous or type new text: Type the text you want to apply to the document. Default values, and text you have previously input, will be available to select from the list.
Note: You can use tokens in optional watermarks. For instance, you could use the %(Time) token to keep track of the time you printed the document.
- Delete: To remove a value from the list, select the value and click this button.
- Apply when printing (and no other watermarks are present): Select this box to apply the selected watermark to printed documents. While this box is selected, the watermark will be present on all printed documents. When you clear the box, no optional watermarks will be included.
