Viewing Links Groups and Document Relationships

The Links tab of the Metadata dialog box shows any document relationships and link group assigned to a document.

The Links tab has two sections for the two link metadata types: Document Relationships and Link Group. You can switch between them by selecting the appropriate radio button at the top of the dialog box. Once you have selected the section for the metadata type you want, you can view and modify information for it. See Viewing and Modifying Document Relationships and Viewing and Modifying Link Group Information for details.

The tab label for the Links tab will display the number of links of the selected link type currently associated with the selected document. If the Document Relationships option has been selected, the Links tab label will display the current number of document relationships associated with the document. If the Link Group option has been selected, the Links tab label will display the current number of link group members in the document's link group, not counting the document itself.
