Process Automation Task Assignment Enhancements
New task assignment enhancements make it easier to route work to the right people with more precision while keeping team structures simple and minimizing manual work.
- Role-based assignment allows you to create custom assignment roles within the same team and direct tasks to the right people based on these roles, eliminating the need to create and maintain multiple teams for different functions.
- Participant-based assignment improves continuity across multi-step processes by automatically routing work based on participation in earlier steps, such as sending approval tasks back to the same person.
Trustee Management Performance Improvements
Trustee management has been updated to improve performance and usability when managing users at scale.
These improvements include:
- Faster loading times
- Improved search and filtering
- More reliable bulk selection
Administrators can manage and onboard thousands of users more efficiently with fewer clicks.
