Many annotation types can be resized, but they cannot be extended beyond the image's borders.
Note: Linked highlights and redactions cannot be resized. To modify a linked text highlight or redaction, you will need to delete it and create a new one. Learn more about linked annotations.
To resize an annotation
- Select the annotation you want to resize by clicking on it. If you cannot select the annotation, switch to Selection mode.
- Drag handles, which let you resize an annotation in a particular direction, will appear.
- Hover the cursor over a drag handle. The cursor will change to
. - Click and drag the handle until the annotation has reached the desired size.
Tip: Callout text can be resized separately from their arrows. To resize the arrow, hover the cursor over the arrow's drag handle and it will change to
