Schedules

The Schedules node in the Quick Fields Agent Administration Console displays all configured schedules and their associated details. From this node, you can create new schedules and modify existing ones. The Session Files node appears under the Schedules node. You can add session references in advance or add a session reference while creating a schedule.

Note: If an associated session is open by another user at the scheduled time, the schedule will not run in Quick Fields Agent.

Task Action
Add a schedule
  1. Right-click on the Schedules node.
  2. Select Add a schedule.
View a list of errors that have occurred
  1. Right-click on the Schedules node.
  2. Select View events.
Disable a schedule
  1. Right-click on the name of the schedule.
  2. Select Disable.
Enable a schedule
  1. Right-click on the name of the schedule.
  2. Select Enable.
Run a scheduled session immediately
  1. Right-click on the name of the schedule.
  2. Select Run Now.
Modify a schedule
  1. Right-click on the name of the schedule.
  2. Select Schedule properties.
View the properties of a scheduled session
  1. Right-click on the name of the schedule.
  2. Select Session properties.
Analyze run instances of a scheduled session
  1. Right-click on the name of the schedule.
  2. Select Analyze.
Display additional information or hide information
  1. Right-click on the Schedules node.
  2. Select View and Add/Remove Columns.
  3. Select the information to display or hide.
Refresh the information
  1. Right-click on the Schedules node.
  2. Select Refresh.
Export the list of schedules
  1. Right-click on the Schedules node.
  2. Select Export List.
  3. Specify a name and select a file type.
  4. Click Save.
