Removing a Document from a Link Group

If a document no longer belongs in a link group, you can remove it. Removing a document from a link group does not delete the document, but stops referencing it as a member of the link group.

Note: If one of the documents in a link group is deleted, it will automatically be removed from the link group. In addition, sending a document to the recycle bin will remove it from its link group. If the document is later restored, you will need to re-add it to its link group.

Important: Changes to link groups will be applied immediately.
