Printing From Laserfiche
Laserfiche offers many options for printing documents. You can print any of the components of a document (electronic file, pages, or text), or you can print a list of all the documents in a folder. You can also configure basic print settings, such as the specific pages you want to print or the number of copies. Finally, you can configure print settings.
The following information can be printed from the repository:
- Images or Text: You can print a document's image or text pages. Image pages may be part of imaged documents, or they can be associated with electronic documents that have had pages generated from them. Text can be associated with any type of document, and can be generated from image pages and from most electronic file types. You can also choose to print only part of an image by printing a zoomed region.
- Electronic files: If your document is an electronic document, you can print its electronic file.
- All documents in a folder: You can print the full contents of a folder in a single action.
- Folder contents list or search results list: You can print a list of the entries in a particular folder or set of search results. This list will include all the information currently displayed in your folder or search columns.
Your documents may be printed with a mandatory watermark, depending on the way your repository has been configured. If a watermark has not been assigned to you or to the document, you can choose to use an optional watermark instead.
