Working with Fields, Tags, Links, and Versions

Metadata is information that is associated with a document. Laserfiche has five types of metadata: fields, tags, links, versions, and digital signatures.

You can view a document's metadata in the Metadata Pane of the document viewer, or in the Metadata Dialog Box. Both of these locations offer the full functionality of all metadata types.
