The embedded sign-in page allows the use of Laserfiche Directory Server single sign-on (SSO) in several desktop applications, similar to using Directory Server SSO for Web applications. Laserfiche Directory Server SSO adds support for additional authentication options, such as, SAML, AD FS, and MFA for Laserfiche users.
When fully configured, Directory Server authentication provides an SSO experience between desktop applications. After signing in, your credentials will be cached, enabling you to quickly authenticate to other supported desktop applications.
