Rearranging Pages Within a Document

You can move pages within a document so they appear in the desired order.

To reorder the pages in a document

ClosedIn the Laserfiche Windows client

  1. Make sure the Thumbnails Pane is visible.
  2. Select the thumbnail for each page you want to move.
  3. Drag the thumbnails to a new positions, indicated by an insertion point, or select Cut from the Edit menu, select the thumbnail you want the new pages moved in front of, and select Paste from the Edit menu.

ClosedIn the Laserfiche web client

  1. Make sure the Thumbnails Pane is visible.
  2. Select the thumbnail for each page you want to move.
  3. Drag the thumbnails to a new positions, indicated by an insertion point, or select Cut from the Edit menu, select the thumbnail you want the new pages moved in front of, and select Paste from the Edit menu.

Note: The order in which you select pages does not matter; moved pages will retain the general sequence in which they appear in the document.
