Note: To customize your document viewer toolbar, select Toolbar under Document Viewer in the Settings dialog box and use the corresponding lists to add or remove actions. Each action is separated into one of nine categories. For example, under Available actions, if you select Tasks from the drop-down menu, you will see a list of the task related actions you can add to the toolbar. You can display all actions, file actions, export actions, edit actions, view actions, tools actions, tasks actions, business process actions, annotation actions, and metadata actions. You can remove any default tool from the top half of the toolbar, except for the Quick Search tool; no tools can be added to or removed from the bottom half of the toolbar.
Note: Adding too many actions to the document viewer toolbar will cause the toolbar to overflow and create a drop-down menu to store the extra actions. Actions that cannot be displayed in the toolbar can be accessed by clicking the double arrow that appears to the right of the toolbar.
